Our interior is inspired by the Boogie music movement of the late 1970s and early 1980s. With this space, we wanted to create a place where we can work, spend time, and explore everything that inspires us within our LAB. We wanted to create a living room for both you and us — warm, comfortable, relaxed, and just a little bit funky!
Our lab is here to help us develop new technologies, flavours, and dishes, but also to allow us to fulfil our personal goals. As part of our zero-waste policy, everything that can be recycled is recycled. Every ingredient we use has a “first and second life”, mostly because we all deserve a second chance.
As soon as the doors to your favourite living room open, you’ll be welcomed by the long display counter — the showcase of our craft bakery. Alongside our bread selection, you’ll find a variety of pastries filled with delicious flavours. Word on the street is that everyone has a special soft spot for our croissants — some are always available, while the more unique seasonal flavours come and go throughout the year!
From sunrise to well after dark — that’s the idea behind our all-day food offering. We start the day at 7 AM like true early birds, with a delicious selection from our display counter, soon joined by our brunch menu. After that comes lunch, changing from week to week, and we wrap up the day with an evening concept that brings together great flavours, music, and atmosphere.
Our drinks are just as important to us as our food — which is why we offer something for every taste. From coffee, matcha, and freshly squeezed juices to a glass of wine or a perfectly shaken cocktail from our playful Boogie cocktail menu. Safe to say, we take hydration very seriously — in every form!
Music is the thing that keeps everything we mentioned before together. When entering our living room, you'll hear the sounds of disco, funk, and blues, depending on what time of day it is. In the evening hours, BoogieLab transforms into a more intimate space thanks to the help of lightning, rearranging the desks, and moving the curtains. On the weekends, behind the showcase, you’ll also find a DJ that further spices up the atmosphere.
